What we store
Your practice progress (how many times you answered each verb correctly or not, the time of your last answer and your session settings) is stored in your browser's local storage under the keys vs-progress and vs-progress-backup. It never leaves your device. You can delete it on the About page or by clearing site data in your browser.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no cookies, no advertising and no analytics scripts run on this version of the site. When we add analytics, this page will list the provider first.
Hosting
The site runs on a virtual server in London, United Kingdom, rented from the hosting provider MassiveGrid, which acts as our processor. Like any web server, it keeps access logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the referrer and browser information your browser sends. We use these logs only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors, on the basis of our legitimate interests. They are deleted automatically after 14 days and are not used to profile visitors.
If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply and for our records, for up to 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
